TEDTalks – Get Inspired.

ON August 24, 2012

If you haven’t already checked out TED, I highly encourage you to. Standing for technology, entertainment, and design, TEDTalks are not only full of information, they are full of inspiring messages from people of all different backgrounds. Whether they are artists, scientists, doctors, or adventurers, all of their stories lead you to an inspiration that can motivate you to concur your biggest fears and setbacks, or realize that the “impossible” can actually be possible. Here are a few of my favorites to get you started on your TEDTalk adventure.

Steve Jobs: How To Live Before You Die – This speech Steve Jobs gave at a Stanford University graduation in 2005. Talking about the road he had traveled to get to where he was, and how a near death experience with cancer taught him how to truly live.

Simon Sinek: How Great Leaders Inspire Action – Author of Start With Why, Simon Sinek shares how starting with your beliefs can motivate others into action. Starting with your why, you can inspire others to see how you do.

Neil Pasricha: The 3 A’s of Awesome – Neil Pasricha shares how his story lead him to truly cherish the little things in life. Now an author, Pasricha started his venture through a blog that grew into something far greater.

William Kamkwamba: How I Harnessed the Wind – Within his poverty in Malawi, William Kamkwamba rose from his terrible situation through self-education to invent something that completely altered his life.

I hope you become as inspired as I was through these talks, and seek out more that TED has to offer. It is a huge database that shows we are far more capable of things we never thought before.
