Many years ago, Bishop Fulton J. Sheen was scheduled to speak at the Town Hall in Philadelphia. Although he was not familiar with the city, he decided to walk from his hotel. Sure enough, he became lost and had to ask some boys for directions. One of the boys asked him, “What are you going to do there?”
“I’m going to give a lecture,” replied the Bishop.
“About what?” countered the boy.
“On how to get to Heaven. Would you like to come along?” asked Sheen.
“Are you kidding?” said the boy. “You don’t even know how to get to Town Hall.”
Reaching our clients’ goals without losing direction … that’s what we’re all about. We take that challenge very seriously, no matter what the size of the project, because each one is another step on the road to achieving the desired goal. Sometimes we encounter roadblocks or detours or bumps in the road, but the more arduous the journey, the sweeter the sense of satisfaction when we reach our destination.
Isn’t that what we all strive for … satisfaction in our work?
