Dawn loves jumping in wherever she’s needed, learning everything she can, and finding smart, creative ways to make things run better. Whether she’s streamlining a process or collaborating with leadership, she’s all about helping the team succeed.

Before joining Ohlmann Group, Dawn was Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs Administration at CareSource. She worked closely with the Chief Legal Officer and the legal department, leading projects, managing budgets, and helping operations run smoothly. Over the years, she supported teams across the company, gaining a wide range of experience and building strong relationships with executives from many different areas.

Dawn is a proud Wittenberg University grad with a degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Dawn spending time with her husband, their three kids and their sweet grandchildren.
