Every day, millions of people worldwide eat food prepared with Henny Penny products, including fast casual restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. As an employee-owned company with nearly 70 years in the industry, Henny Penny is dedicated to its culture of shared ownership and building a dynamic environment for its team at its Eaton, Ohio headquarters.

Hardworking Hangout

To build on its global success and enhance its role as an industry leader Henny Penny embarked on a major update to its facilities.This update includes an 18,300 square foot Owners Hall, designed for employee-owners to gather and grow together. The facility includes a library, space for events, and, of course, a dedicated food preparation area.

To create an inspiring space, Henny Penny turned to Ohlmann Group to help bring their past to life and pay tribute to the employee-owners.

Inspiration that Shines

Ohlmann Group worked to complement the interior design of the Owners Hall with installations that showcased Henny Penny’s history while celebrating their unique employee-ownership model.

The resulting design includes a massive multimedia history wall and an adjacent video installation that features employee owners. The employee wall is continuously updated with media to create a dynamic and fresh “family photo and video album” for their team.

Crackling with Energy

The new Owners Hall launched with a huge employee event and has been featured in the company’s annual report. Ultimately, this space gives the Henny Penny employee-owners a place to celebrate their heritage and take pride in their ownership.
