As President of The Ohlmann Group, David is responsible for leading the agency and propagating its mission, vision, and values. An experienced strategic marketing professional, he ensures the firm and its clients achieve the remarkable.
David obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Wright State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dayton. His professional career has taken him both to small and large firms where he developed and executed strategies for business growth. He is also an accomplished presenter and public speaker – having addressed thousands of people at numerous institutions and organizations on topics such as creativity, business, leadership, and marketing.
David is an active member of the Dayton community and is involved in many professional, philanthropic, and community organizations, including serving on the board of the American Advertising Federation’s Dayton Chapter, Clothes that Work, and Crayons to Classrooms.
In addition to being named as one of the Dayton Business Journal’s Forty under 40, David has won numerous AAF Dayton Mercury Awards for Excellence in Client Service. In 2018 David was awarded the Dayton Chapter of The American Advertising Federation’s highest honor, The Silver Medal, for his work in furthering the industry’s standards, promoting creative excellence, and demonstrating responsibility in areas of social concern.
