Give or Take?

How do you approach your customer relationships? Do you spend the majority of your time focusing on what you can give your customers or what you can take from them? Is your customer philosophy built around what you can do to bring them joy or how selfish and greedy you can be without getting fired?

Customer relationships are important. Customers have choices and voices. Delight them with generosity and professionalism and you have a shot at sustainable success. Deceive and disappoint them and you’re doomed.

My advice: TAKE a few minutes every day to stop and think about what more you can GIVE to your customers.
