Holly Allen to Join The Ohlmann Group as Marketing Strategist

The Ohlmann Group is pleased to announce the addition of marketing and communications professional Holly Allen as the company’s new Marketing Strategist.

In her role at The Ohlmann Group, Allen will focus on developing marketing strategies and account management for the agency’s growing roster of clients.

Allen brings to the agency nearly ten years of experience in journalism, including seven years at WDTN-TV in Dayton as a reporter and morning anchor. For the last eight years, Allen has led the marketing, communications and brand strategy at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, where she most recently acted as Vice President of Marketing & Communications. In this role, Allen expanded her duties to include member development and engagement and co-led the chamber’s strategic planning process.

“Holly’s extensive experience in storytelling, content creation, communications and marketing strategy makes her a valuable addition to our talented team,” said Linda Kahn, CEO of The Ohlmann Group.

Allen was named one of the Dayton Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2015. She is also a 2016 graduate of Leadership Dayton, a 2021 graduate of Empower and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE). She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Muse Machine, the judging committee for Wright Dunbar Inc.’s Dayton Walk of Fame and as the Marketing Chair for the Doors of Compassion Committee, which raises funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton.
